The role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate self-starter to join our sales team as a senior salesperson. The successful candidate will be rewarded by industry-best coaching backed by ongoing support and a motivated team (and more, see below).

It goes without saying the successful candidate will have a successful track record of listing and selling residential real estate as well as;

  • Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
  • Self-discipline, motivation and a burning ambition to succeed
  • Strong sense of confidence, initiative and integrity
  • A love of working with people and assisting them to achieve their goals
  • A willingness to learn and to go the extra mile
  • A current real estate licence / certificate of registration
